09-19-2026Nice clean storage areas, wide enough rows to get in with trailer. Staff are friendly and responsive to issues. Almost dont want to post this afraid people will find out and demand make my rates go up.

09-18-2026This is the fourth storage company that I have been with in The last 5 years and I sure wished it would have been the first cuz it would have been the only. The facilities are very well maintained and the individuals that manage are truly the best. My experiences with some of the management of the other companies was less than acceptable. Most of them couldn't even handle the computerized payments or helping me to set up my online account with them... but not with Public Storage. Kailea is a wonderful representative for public storage, I wholeheartedly recommend the Ellsworth location in Mesa.

09-07-2026Very helpful and went out of her way to make sure my after hours visit the day prior went smoothly. She also took note of my login issues I was having and said she'd submit a IT ticket to get it addressed.
