08-23-2026Needed to effect a move out of my apartment in California for a move to Arizona, and was looking for a storage unit close to my home and something which I could obtain in a relative quick fashion. Public Storage made the entire process quick and easy, and the unit I ended up with was clean and safe. However, what made this the smoothest transition I have ever encountered with a scenario such as this was the largely due to my interactions with property manager (Kalei). I cannot speak highly enough about her. She was always professional, courteous and attentive. But her helpfulness in making sure that everything went smooth and the follow up by her after my move in shows that she is someone who really takes pride in her job. I sure hope that Public Storage recognizes someone such as her for her continuous efforts and great care she shows to her clients. A#1 experience encountered mostly due to that lady. Thank you!
