She walked me through all the sizes and pricing, answered all my questions, and made the whole paperwork/move-in process take like 10 minutes. She was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help me find the right fit, not just the most expensive one. Unit was clean and ready. If you come to Storage Land, ask for her!

I couldnt have asked for more thoughtful customer support and they truly deserve five stars.
