Sign up and renting was super fast and easy. PJ (front desk) was friendly, polite, amd thorough. And Huzzah for electronic forms & signatures! Update over a year later - still great facility, but had to move to a location closer to home. Totally spaced on completing the move-out notice, but called & talked to Krista, who helped confirm that I was good to go & to wait for the system to update. I will miss the desert landscape view with the wide open sky & the shaded parking when I needed to swing by.

Ok, I have to give an extra star to Carrissa at Extra Space! She was kind, helpful and professional at move-in. Now, 3 months later, I had an issue with my contract, and she kindly, graciously and quickly fixed the issue, and I am overjoyed! Thanks so much Carrissa - you rock! Extra Space Management - you need to give that girl a raise! :).
