12-16-2024This is a super clean and convenient location. I met with Carlos at the site who was super helpful and filled me in on all the details Id need to know for my locker rental. Everything went very smooth. I put a hold on the room I was considering online before visiting the location. I highly recommend doing this as the online price is significantly less than renting from the office at the location. You are not obligated to follow through with the rental if you decide against it. I only had to enter my contact information and cell phone number to put a hold on the locker. Once I was at the site, I was able to view the locker to decide if the location in the building and the size of the unit was appropriate for my needs. I was then able to complete the rental process, payment, etc in the front office at the price I found online. A couple of notes to keep in mind. Read the location information carefully with respect to what level the unit you are considering is on. Lower level units will be less expensive but will require the use of an elevator to gain access. If youre going to be accessing your unit frequently, I would recommend not selecting a lower level unit as the elevator access can be time consuming and problematic (especially in the event of an elevator breaking down, which is not necessarily common, but can and will happen.) If elevator usage is needed to access the unit it will be noted online. The outdoor drive up units are the most expensive and are certainly the most convenient, but keep in mind the wind can really kick up here in Santa Clarita on a regular basis so your unit and belongings are subject to getting dusty and dirty when you have the door open. I chose a main level indoor unit.
