06-06-2026The gate wouldn't open for anyone. I rented a u-hual for nothing. One guys came all from NY to move his daughter in to college. Customer service couldn't reach any of their emergency people to fix the problem. All we got was a try again tomorrow.

05-24-2026One of the worst faculties to store your belongings, sense of lights never work, I was at my unit and organizing , but couldn't stay long because the lights/sensors are not properly working ?? pay all this rent but can't utilize your unit with proper lighting ?? these days people are in and out of their storage unit because they downsize and they still frequently go to the unit. The company not honoring the contract, extra space storage.. no proper lighting ?? I don't recommend this place
