08-29-2024we had a situation where the owner was not being friendly or wasnt real warm. Basically when we came to park our vehicle there was somebody else parked over the line so we couldnt fit our vehicle in the stall we frantically tried to call her, but after not reaching her, we decided to just park in a different stall until morning. We had a home closing early that morning and we asked her if we can just leave the items in that stall for a couple Hours until after closing being that somebody was parked in our stall last night. She was very cold and told us that we had to move it now or she would have our stuff towed. We had to change into work clothes move our stuff out of the stall and put into another stall and end up being late for our home closing, I found out from another Manager at a different location that it is common courtesy to allow someone to park in an empty stall no more than 24hrs these situations occur. Very poor service
