07-06-2025I needed a storage solution quickly and had some requirements (indoors, climate controlled) and Extra Space Storage made all of this very easy. I had never rented storage previously. One evening, loading items into my unit, I was there after 10 pm. The instructions on the gate were not clear to me - I understood that one could not ENTER after 10 pm but what I found out is one cannot EXIT after 10 pm either! I and a friend were trapped! Luckily the night manager, Sholanda, was there and was able to use her special code to open the gate and allow both our vehicles out of the facility! Exceptional customer service!
