03-30-2025Terrible facility. Do not rent from them. I had a space for 2 months and they raised the rent $45 for same space. When making online payment the system froze and it had me do it again resulting in payment coming out twice. The office manager or corporate would not refund it. Said my account would be credited for the amount and I would owe less the next month. That month they charged me late fees and put a lien on the unit. No live person at facility to speak with.
