I am an extremely responsible person, i never allow things to get behind, basically I kind of anal about it. Anyway I contacted this storage facility and when I signed up I specifically asked if I had to carry insurance on my stuff due to the fact that it was just sone christmas decorations, the person I spoke to said I 100% could opt out of the insurance by signing to deny it. So my space should have been approximately $34.00/mo the very first payment that was due the next month they claimed was approximately $54.00, i told them that I could not afford that amount and I told her what I was told be the guy that I signed up with. With in only about three days while I tried to figure what I was going to do, they then added a 25.00 $ late fee. I tried to work it out with them to no avail so I paid the 70 some dollars and tried to get back in town to get stuff. Unfortunately I did not make it in time and the same exact thing happened the next month, yes I realize that was somewhat my fault but again they would not help and I did not have the 70 some dollars, so I figured i would be getting a check at the end of April with enough to pay 140 some dollars on may 5th. When I called to do so they informed that now there was lien charges on my stuff and now I owed 250 some dollars. Never put your stuff with these people. They will figure out a way to scam you and sneak more money from you. If you ever ever run into any problem that causes even a day to ellapse in your life, your bill will snowball, and you will have a balance that you cannot afford to pay. these people are scumbags. They will not talk or work with you in any way shape or form. I have never experienced anything like it in my life. Please don't put your stuff in this public storage facility.

AVOID!!! They are great until they put your rental up after 4 months by $20. So they tie you in on a competitive price. I just saw they increased it, they said oh we dont have set pricing. It can change at any time. So they give you a price to get you in then increase their pricing after a few months. Because they know its a pain in the arse to move out. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT ARE NOT SNEAKY WITH PRICES!!!!
