05-13-2025I was a customer here for 2 years (May 2023-May 2025). The location is quiet. My unit was clean, well-lit and spacious. The former manager Ben, alloted later accommodating storage unit entry time. The current manager Matt was pleasant and was kind enough to waive my fee upon moving out. The only downside is there's no access to the restrooms (not renovated when I there). However, I was not pleased with the Life Storage merger. Particularly the Life Storage 40 Congress St Unit 2475 Springfield MA (Arthur Clinton) location, who stole my belongings December 2020 after being a 5 years + on-time customer and inspite of the Government COVID-19 Relief which was in place.

05-08-2025The manager was awesome. She understood my issue, Addressing it with professionalism. She was courteous and had a pleasant attitude dealing with her was a breath of fresh air. This time I dealt with Matt. I needed to rearrange my belongings. He helped me get the right unit. Walking me through the process, making it very simple to understand. I saw other reviews about price increases. The prices are very competitive, and better than other storage facilities for the quality of the well lit units, parking ease and friendly staff. I feel safe storing my things here.
