My nephew just had over $7,000 worth of his belongings stolen .. supposedly burglarize which I highly find kinda shady if he just so happens to rent a larger size storage due to having purchased heavy tool equipment also new tires also rims new multiple sets off roading plus low profile racing multiple tools high-end .. etc.. onsite mgr calls my nephew after she touched crime scene upon his arrival notices 2 padlocks had been put on by such mgr which mind you never even called police to report my nephew had too file report. Now camera's don't work mgr mentioned also mgr lives on site . Storage hours closes 9pm . Basically pulled 10k & 8k forms from sec.com and certified copys of receipts an crime report recorded will be mailed to cfo of self storage aka public storage and other profit share holders among secatary of state .... Place is well taken care of and I had issues with the call center and the on site manager fixed all issue and took care of all the problems that were presented. Public Storage is lucky to Desiree, I will be a repeat customer because of her.
