I have been renting from Extra for over 2 1/2 years since April -May 2023... The first two years I thought were ok, no problem except the raising of my rent. But just recently in August 2025, I was rob of $5,000 in valuables and $5,000 in cash that could not be returned... The insurance did cover $3,000 in damages for the valuables insured. And Extra did offer a new bigger unit in October 14, 2025... Well soon after I paid my bill in full on my new unit on November 14, 2025, On November 22 2025, the manager breached my contract and has illegally locked me out from my possessions and forcing me to move with the help of LBPD with no arbitration or court order as agreed upon in our contract... Therefore I must pursue other legal Courts remedies to obtain justice and proper judgement for their breach of contract and other violations as well...
