09-12-2022Be aware of RODENTS inside the building! AND... Be aware of Letty the worst customer service manager. The management of this extra space storage was good till one of the employees started making feel harrased at all times whenever I came in, constantly coming around the corner of my unit trying to accuse me of me doing work when I'm in the unit for short periods of 5-10m while I get necessary items for my work. Then I started to noticed that it is not just the employees attitude, but the lack of care for the building as on February 18th 2022 I informed them of a strong rotten egg like odor coming from the water faucet sink in the bathroom, to which I was told they were aware of the problem and had been addressed, now been over a month later and I was told that the water heater has not been delivered to them, but they are still addressing the problem!? Water heater? Be aware of this storage unit as they would make you feel as if you owed them and in general a terrible experience

09-12-2022Letty the absolute WORST MANAGER! Avoid this place. Please read the all the lowest rated reviews for an idea of how judgmental Letty and her employees. I rented a unit and would go get my stuff every once in a while. Letty one day hid being the corner in the hallway scaring me as she would go silently and try to make up anything in order to reduce your access hours to the unit. She claimed I was doing work at this location. I was never specified what kind of work just " I've seen you working" with no other evidence or statements whatsoever, other tenants have had this same experience. So save your money and time by going to another soteage company. She truly should be fired after reading all the similar interactions she has with customers. She would lie in front of your face to get away with what she wants.
