09-21-2026Julianne was an absolute pleasure to work with! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcomed and taken care of. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. The whole process went smoothly, and I left feeling confident that I made the right choice. Its refreshing to come across someone who puts real effort into making customers feel valued. Julianne definitely deserves recognition for the way she represents Public Storage!
