It is so sad in the service industry but as for Public Storage you have two true gems. They were both generous in spirit, well informed, courteous, and went above and beyond to help me understand my moving options and to assist me to transfer and close accounts. Theyre willingness to engage and help has been unsurpassed. Moving across the country is so stressful and expensive. To have someone kind to encounter along the way is an absolute blessing! Corporate should be eternally grateful to have them managing a location!
