09-27-2026My rent was raised without notice. More importantly, we are going on month 5 without an elevator!!! Never received a notice of any property improvements. When I voiced my concerns that. I cant get my stuff in and out, I was told by Steve that we have stairs. You can use the stairs. Well , for a woman with a bad back, that is not an option. Ive never heard of an elevator repair or replacement that will take 5 months. Poor customer service.
