07-31-2026Absolutely AWFUL! My monthly rate increased 4 in just 24 months. Then today they raised it another 70%! No meaningful warning. No reasonable explanation. It feels like the Wild West. This is the worst storage company Ive ever dealt with. Be very careful if you sign up with AutoPayyou could wake up one day and discover your monthly payment has jumped 170% or more without expecting it. They count on the hassle of moving your belongings so they can keep raising prices. I would never recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone.
