09-07-2026BEWARE OF HUGE RATE INCREASES I would strongly recommend thinking twice before renting here. I moved my belongings into this facility in December 2025 at a monthly rate of $193. In less than a year, they have already raised my rate twice. I just received another notice stating that beginning in Octoberonly 10 months after I moved inmy monthly rate will increase to $353. That is an increase of $160 per month, or approximately 83%, in less than a year. I understand that storage facilities may occasionally adjust their rates. What I do NOT consider reasonable is attracting customers with a competitive rate and then increasing that rate so dramatically once their belongings are already moved in and relocating them becomes a major inconvenience. I have rented storage units before and have never experienced increases this large or this quickly. If you are considering renting here, do not assume the rate you are quoted when you move in is anywhere close to what you may be paying several months later. Based on my experience, the initial price was absolutely not an accurate indication of the long-term cost. An 83% increase in less than a year is outrageous. Had I known my $193 unit would become a $353 unit within 10 months, I never would have rented here. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I strongly recommend prospective customers compare other options before moving their belongings into this facility.
