02-18-2026Information for anyone renting. You will be charged for an entire month even if you moved out in less than a week and never moved in. I moved out in 5 days. Was charged for everything including lock that I have to pick up that won't be refunded. Had I known that was policy, I would of of kept the unit so they can't double dip. My lack of knowledge caused my to pay over$160 for 5 days. Hopefully this will help others falling into the same situation. Company policy. Not staff specifically. Rich is very pleasant to work with. Easy process to rent. No hassles.
