01-26-2026Hello! My name is Cassie. I recently went into your store @ 5218 Oakdale Rd. in Atlanta. There was a young lady working the by the name of Shatema. (I hope I spell her name correctly) This young lady is the epitome of what every company needs! She was so friendly! She was professional and her whole personality oozed with care! She handle my grandparents as tho they were her own. Every question was answered in the simplest terms to where they both understood every aspect of their contract with this company. She is just amazing in every way from what I can see, and I just want to say, thank you! Whatever Manager, Supervisor or Director who hired this lady has a great judge of character! And kudos to you as well!!
