07-27-2026Amazing service, thanks Joey! He showed me units that would fit my needs after a few visits with no pressure, just smiles and help with any questions I had. I finally pulled the trigger and helped me with insurance for my items inside the unit, prepayment promos and the ease of auto pay on my card so I don't forget. I am not looking to be on storage wars haha. He helped show me how to use the lock, entrance and exit code, along with setting up my app and using the digital key. A+ service to make getting a unit quick, easy, and exactly what I needed.

07-09-2026Overall this was a good experience renting a space. There are two areas that I think could be improved. We pre-rented a space but realized at the last minute that we needed a larger space. We called the general number to ask for a larger space but they told me we had to wait until Monday morning when local manager was available. It makes no sense that we could not arrange this over the weekend. You have staff available...why not make them fully capable of responding to customer need. The second area which was less than ideal...when I got to the office first thing Monday morning, the manager was able to easily get us a larger space, but they could not match the web site price. So while in the office...i had to get on the web to register for a larger space to get the better price. These are both not ideal customer experiences. In both areas of improvement, you could easily help solve client issues with staff the is available. So why the roadblocks to good customer service?
