01-05-2026Had the pleasure of meeting both the BIG As on the block. I had been searching online for hours and trying to call different locations and I kept getting sales pitch after sales pitch on the phone and became really frustrated because no one was responding accurately to my questions. I had specific needs that needed to be met pertaining to the size of truck that would be dropping off at the facility and no one on the phone helped. So I decided to just walk into different locations after I finally narrowed it down to two properties. Well, I walked in this location tired, frustrated, and not on my best behavior because of the interactions with the phone agents. Andrea greeted me and welcomed me and so did her boss even though she was with a customer which I really appreciated the recognition of my presence. After I was able to voice my requests, and the boss lady finished with her customer they literally searched up and down to try and accommodate me. No force, no sales pitch, just genuine sincerity in trying to help me and accommodate me. They searched other properties, they took me to walk to property and see the entrance, location, and exit of units they thought would fit my needs. Both ladies did an outstanding job while remaining professional and were able to engage me positively as I was really upset and frustrated when I walked in. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. They even went an extra step further when they couldnt match the online price and helpfully walked me through completing the reservation online and completing the process effortlessly to ensure I get the unit that best fit my needs. Greatly indebted to these ladies as they did everything to go above and beyond, maintaining their professionalism while working as a team efficiently and empathetically in helping me. 10 stars for these ladies not 5.
