11-20-2025DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM HERE OR ANY PUBLIC STORAGE FOR THAT MATTER! Waited 45 minutes outside with 6 other customers the lights were turned off. When called the number the number directed to the corporate office. I spoke with NISHA in customer service, and explained no one was there AND we were there for about 45 minutes. The hours have them opening at 9:30 am it was now 10:30am. Nisha advised, they will get there when they get there! DISGUSTING!
