02-13-2026This Westlake Village Public Storage facility is very nice for several reason. First, the staff is outstanding! Aaron is stellar. John and Nelson are too. Ive worked with the three of them and they are very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. All staff members that Ive interacted with have been, whether in-person or on the phone. The facility is in a great location in Westlake. It gets Five stars for cleanliness! Its easily accessible, reasonably priced, and the registration and payment process is simple. Too, I downloaded the App, hesitantly, and now its all I use. Finally, and most importantly, I feel secure when on the property and I feel very confident my items are secure. I highly recommend storing your items at this location.
