02-14-2026Had been here for about a year, in that time they raised my rent from 100$ to over 300$ a month, in the span of a year! When I finally moved out I was only ten days into the the month I paid for so naturally I asked for a partial refund. I was told they dont do refunds of any kind. Now mind you I work for a competitive storage company and we give partial refunds all the time. Don't wast your money or time on this place, its overpriced and on top of that the facility only has 2 carts, yes you read that right 2 in the entire facility, god help you if there already 2 people there when you show up you will be carrying everything all the way to your unit
