04-13-2025I miss Neighborhood Storage! Public Storage increases your rent by 35.00 every 3 to 4 months. They are extremely difficult to reach by phone - unless you prefer conversing with AI's. I was recently told that by signing a new rental agreement with them, my payment date would have to change. Another employee said it'd stay the same. They don't allow late night access for people who can't be there during the day. They obviously have limited security because people are living in the units. How safe is that? If I weren't currently stuck with them due to finances, I'd go elsewhere immediately.
