08-13-2026This is an amazing facility. I've rented storage space numerous times before, but this Public Storage facility takes the cake. Only 2 yrs old. It's clean, spacious, and easy to get to. Security at this place is state of the art. Staff is friendly, curtious, and extremely helpful. Dottie and her husband Brian are top notch folks to work with. My hats off the them. They deserve 5 Stars as well. So there ya have it, in my opinion i'd recommend this location hands down.

08-13-2026Brian is the reason why I love Public Storage on S. Tamiami Trail. He pays attention to detail. I know when he's there because carts are well-organized, returned to lower level and the property is clean. It's the little things he does with no one watching that makes it an outstanding storage unit experience for the customer.

The unit and facility were very clean, and the employee walked me to the elevator and up to my unit to make sure I was comfortable accessing my unit from the code at the elevator to how to use the lock and sliding door. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs a little extra space.
