09-02-2026This is actually my second time renting from this exact Extra Space Storage facility, and one of the reasons I continue to feel comfortable doing business here is the level of customer service Ive received, especially from Kandyce. Ive had a few issues with my storage unit door coming off the track, which at times made it difficult or impossible to access my unit. Each time Ive reached out, Kandyce has gone above and beyond to make sure the issue was taken care of. She has been extremely responsive, helpful, and accommodating, coordinating vendors to come out and repair the door, following up to make sure everything was resolved, and even assisting with credits due to the inconvenience. Things can happen with any facility, but what really matters is how those situations are handled, and Kandyce has consistently made sure I was taken care of. Her customer service, professionalism, and willingness to help are truly appreciated and are a big reason Ive continued to rent at this location. Thank you, Kandyce, for always going the extra mile!
