Joyce was great
Excellent help
Nobody ever answered the phones and they were there. They never returned calls. Wouldn't use again
Lets be real, the unit is fine. There is an elevator to get to the second floor which is wonderful to help us move large stuff to our unit. There is also a set of stairs around the corner for faster access. Its in a AC controlled environment, so that our belongings dont get all moldy. Sign up was a breeze, their app is easy to use, and the auto pay feature is great. The frustrating thing is that within a year, my bill will have increased from $55, to $85, to $115. There has been no upgrades, I havent moved to a bigger unit, I havent been late on any of my payments. So why?! Its because you are in a month to month basis, with no contract. Thats crazy seems like a way to cheat the system and take advantage of people. Im sure most storage places are like that these days, Im in search of another. Edited- Brian from Public Storage reached out explaining how the rates worked, and was able to help. He took the time to reach my review and make things right. For that, I changed from a 3 star to 5 star. Thanks your reaching out Brian

Doesnt deserve 1 star. After finding out about the rat infestation. Literal skeletons and decomposing bodies all over the complex and inside the units. I have decided to move out. I was told by customer service that was not his concern and I would be charged for the entire month of August if I were to be out by the 2nd. Absolutely disgusting! Do not rent from them!
