08-13-2026Joe is awesome. I went in today to talk to Joe & he resolved my issue within 20 minutes. He is the best! He is always very helpful & accommodating. He most definitely goes above & beyond. If you need a storage facility, this one is definitely the place to go & ask for Joe when you go in there.

08-07-2026Why pay all this money for rats to be on your items. Not happy at all with the service. Dont waste your money. I was at the one on pine Forrest. Rats were all on my couches, dishes that were boxed up. Worse thing was claim doesnt cover this so why pay for insurance on my items if they wont be protected. Rate carry diseases. My son and I are asthmatic. I have to pay to get either new sofas or to have someone steam my sofas repeatedly to kill the bacteria from rats droppings. I have thrown away most of my life due to rat droppings being on everything. This place is only cares about your money not your things. I wish I would have read the reviews before coming here.
