01-20-2026Came in at 7pm to unload some stuff and tried to leave at 9:15pm but could not. Tried calling various numbers to get a hold of someone and no one would answer the phone or return my calls. Tried the emergency numbers and all. Had to leave my truck there and hitch a ride. Unbelievable. Edit: Now they're offering 24/7 access for $40 extra a month. It's not like they didn't already jack the price up 200% in less than a year or anything... What a bunch of crooks.
