09-27-2026This review is specifically for Shayne at the Curry location in Tempe. Public Storage enacts rate increases on a regular basis, which is annoying. I called about a recent increase and Shayne went above and beyond to mediate the situation. Some things are unavoidable, but good customer service makes it way easier to accept!
