06-01-2025Couldn't access unit, no one working and no way to get through to anyone at 8 at night. Wouldn't refund either very ridiculous since we couldn't even use the unit.

05-16-2025Public storage is nice where I'm renting is a building that you have to go inside I love that very much you don't have to worry about anyone breaking in stealing your things it's nice but it's best not to keep your things in storage for too long because they go up on your renting every 6 months to a year so mine got pretty high but this month will be the end of me renting from public storage for 3 years or more

05-03-2025Long over due review. I am only giving 5 stars because Jenny is amazing. My mother has been storing with her since this location has been open and Jenny is always there to answer any questions I have had. I only go to her. I made the mistake of going in to pay my mom's bill one time when the man from down the street was there and he refused to take my payment because he claimed he was to busy, He had the door locked and He wouldn't even open the door to let me in he was yelling at me through the door saying he had to much to do and couldn't take any customers at the time. I explained my mom was going to get a late fee if I did not pay that day he said that was not his problem and walked away. I came the next day and Jenny got the late fee removed for me and told apologized. She is always so sweet and helpful
