05-30-2026I recently moved from Phoenix to San Francisco and though there was a different Public Storage location closer to my apartment, I decided to chose the Evans Ave location based on the glowing reviews it has, and my experience dealing with Ana was nothing different than what all the reviews rave about. Ana was very responsive to my many phone calls en-route to SF. Upon arrival, Ana noticed that I would probably need a larger unit than the one I originally rented, judging by the size of my U-Haul truck. She had a meeting to attend that morning but stayed behind at the service counter to help me get my original unit cancelled and a new, larger one rented. She even helped figure out a way for me and my family to rent the new, larger unit at the discounted Memorial Day Sale rate! Ana's customer service was SUPERB and really helped turn my stressful moving situation into a good overall outcome. The storage space is very secure. I feel safe keeping my belongings stored at the Evans Ave Public Storage location, with it being run by such amazing, competent and helpful individuals like Ana!
