06-30-2026Tim at this Public Storage location went above and beyond. I originally had a unit on the second floor, and between the access codes, elevator, and locking/unlocking every door, moving multiple loads in and out quickly became exhausting. Tim noticed I was struggling from the front desk and came out to check in without me even asking. He offered to move me to a much more accessible ground-floor unit and personally helped me find it. He didn't have to do any of that, but he took the initiative to make my move so much easier. It's clear from how naturally he handled it that this isn't the first time he's gone out of his way to help a customer. Tim deserves real recognition a promotion or raise would be well earned. Easily a 5-star experience thanks to him.
