She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the entire process completely seamless and stress-free. The facility itself is clean, secure, and very well-maintained. 06-17-2026The receptionist was unwelcoming. She wouldnt bother to walk me through for the first time in the I went to to the facility having my reservation paid and took care online. She was mean and rude. She refused to walkme through to initial moving process. She was not going to give me the access code yelling at saying use your phone app. I twas trying the mobile phone app that was not working. I didnt know where my unit was that was my first time in the facility she said go to kiosk find where your unit is located. It was unbelievable horrible and horrific experience. The most mean rude and unprofessional customer service ever I had in any where!!!!
