08-26-2024The place is clean and renting the units is a relatively simple process. Prices are a bit misleading because you have to insure the unit. Also, there is a $29 one-time administration fee for each unit you rent. There is a large sign that says first month free at the Santee location, but I did not receive a discount.

06-28-2024Fantabulous service! I called in advance to be sure it was okay to look at a unit. Jacob answered the phone professionally and welcomed us to come in. He took us to the storage unit and also showed us another option that we ended up going with. He was informative, friendly and quick! After the tour, we signed our lease and done within 10 min! During one of our move in days, we saw him doing his rounds and because it was so hot, he offered us to come to into the office for water if we ever needed it! The grounds were clean and felt safe! Thank you!!
