08-17-2024I often travel for long periods of time several times a year and put my car into a storage unit when I do. This is by far the best storage unit experience I have had. First of all, this is a fully staffed unit (many are not anymore) and are extremely helpful and proactive. I booked quite a few weeks ahead of time and the staff followed up with me and let me know my unit was ready the day before. When I needed to change my move in date it was done over the phone in minutes. When I arrived at the storage unit Pam went above and beyond, even offering to drive me back to the front of the facility and helping direct me as I pulled my SUV into the unit which turned what is often a stressful solo endeavor into a fun experience. Pam also walked me through the passcode, after staff hour entry process, and location of my unit.

He told me all my options so I could make the right choice on upgrading my unit, and even gave me a deal. And he gave me all the details I needed so I wouldn't feel stressed making this move. I was so impressed. Definitely 5 star service.
