08-30-2024I just want to say thank you to the manager, Samantha. I had booked an online rate for a unit at the location across the way, which the folks at the office there then helped me book another unit for at the San Mateo location, that I thought I could make work. Samantha was straightforward and honest when I asked if the online rate would increase. She said that extra space is best for short term rentals, which I appreciated so much to hear because its not what I need at the moment. Just for that honesty, I will come back if I do need a short term rental or tell my friends about extra space who also may need one. Just excellent customer service. Thanks so much.
