08-25-2024Adam from the Rio rancho location just happened to be working in Santa Fe today and he was incredibly helpful in finding me the right storage unit for my needs despite the fact that I had already paid and confirmed a different unit with this company. He was able to get a climate controlled unit for me with no hassle at a different location. He called to let them know I was on the way when I left. The employee at the office there was also very kind and helpful. So far an easy and positive experience.
