08-31-2024Rented a 10x10 due to best price, but concluded paying more would be worth it. Day I started to move in, the front access gate was broken in a way that suggested a vehicle had driven though it. The first elevator I tried was unable to close the door all the way. Other maintenance issues, followed by the unit I was renting was still locked. Sign at the office said that they were were sorry that they were closed, but would be open the next day. But all's well that ends well- Jason the manager was quick with my cancellation request and refund.
