07-09-2026I went in to this facility yesterday to rent a storage unit and my experience was one that I needed to write about. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted with joy by Antoine. The store was super clean and taken care of and Antoine answered all my questions (I had many). I left this facility feeling confident that I made the right choice for my storing needs, I know that my things and myself are well taken care of. Thank you Antoine!

06-28-2026if youre looking for the worst storage place in town, then run, dont walk to this Extra Space storage location immediately. issues started from my move-in day, when i drove three hours to store all of my belongings, after being told specifically that someone would be on site only to find out that the folks who work here are never really available or present at all! the bonus of this location is, theyve got dolly carts to help you move your belongings, but youll rarely get to use them! instead, youll injure yourself, carrying all of your things one by one, as the carts are padlocked and only accessible when a staff member is actually around. which is almost never! additionally, the digital access works less than half the time, the elevators time out, or just fail to work at all, because the digital system is so faulty, that most of your visits here, you might not even get to your unit! little cherry on top is the filthy bathroom and the auto sensor lights that go completely dark on you, even when youre standing directly under them. 0 stars should be an option for this one-of-a-kind crap shack.
