07-05-2026The property is very secure, The entire facility is exceptionally clean, and both the exterior and interior of the buildings are consistently well maintained. The landscaping is beautifully kept and adds to the overall professional appearance of the property. The customer service has been outstanding. I also appreciate the excellent financial communication. Billing is transparent, charges are clearly explained, and there are no surprises. Overall, this is a well-managed storage facility that truly cares about its customers and maintains high standards in every aspect. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, secure, and professionally operated storage facility.

06-20-2026The facility is new and polished looking, very well designed, with a sense of spaciousness, too, far beyond what most storage facilities look and feel like. And Jeff, the manager, is as good as they come. He was so friendly to us, took so much time with us, explaining how things work, offering advantageous tips. He's so personable, he clearly likes what he does, and he's an excellent brand ambassador for ESS. He made us feel glad we chose that facility. *Adding to my original review, I want to mention that a few weeks later we were working in our unit when we ran into a problem closing our gate. I went down to the office and told Anthony, who came right up with. He was very friendly and solved the problem right away. Definitely the best service all around I've encountered at multiple self-storage facilities.
