Im a customer of the Extra storage Located in 6527 SAN FERNANDO RD, GLENDALE CA 91201 Today Thursday 06/05/2025 Between the Time 03:45pm - 04:30pm (PST) The employee at The Front Desk whos Name I do not know,( Hispanic Gentleman) Logged into My personal and Business Email Credentials without my consent, to give Extra space storage a 5 Star rate (twice from 2 different emails) while I asked him if he could speak to the CEO for the company I work with on speaker because our bill was overdue and I didnt have a physical business card on me. So we could make the payment ASAP over the Phone. While I was waiting on a customer to pick up their stuff from our storage unit. I did notice he was swiping my iPhone left and right and I peeked in to look at what he was doing or why, then he turns my iPhone screen so I could not see, I did not confront him since he was talking on speaker with the CEO of the company I work with , and I did not wanted to be rude or unprofessional. We have been doing business with your company since October 2024. I believe this is a big violation of privacy,identity theft, false impersonation of myself. Those 2 Email accounts contain Delicate information and banking personal and customer Data.

05-18-2025I miss Stephanie who was the manager when I rented at this location but David and John are both personable and very helpful when something comes up. This site allows pay in advance so when I found an amazing deal on my 10x30 I was able to pay up front to keep the price. They like all other storage companies raise the rents often so if you plan to keep your space the pay in advance is nice. I use the space as part of my business and there is some internet with your phone or a hot spot. No other WiFi. No access to power so I use Jackery units for additional lighting and for my printers. I feel pretty safe at this location at all open hours. The AC is nice in the summer but it can still be warm if youre working. Its also cold in the winter. Be aware that if the power is out you will have no access to the property until its back on. And if your Bluetooth app or lock isnt working and no one is around you cant get in. Thats only happened twice since I moved in and its a pain at the moment. My biggest annoyance is two of my three until locks dont work with the app the first try and you have to wait for them to recycle and light up again. Thats annoying! Overall I highly recommend this location! I also noticed recently a guest WiFi but I am not sure I trust it and it seems to be blocked from actual internet use. I hope its a real system and not someone trying to hack our phones.

05-07-2025Clean facility, helpful staff, easy parking. I need to be there occasionally to pick up items, and I appreciate how quick and easy it is to get in and out. Always feel safe and like the storage options.
