08-28-2026Public Storage on Pacific Coast Highway.I needed to pay my monthly storage bill and thats wheere I met Sheila.What a nice,freindly lady you have.She was easy to work with and had a great attitude.She doesnt heisitate.Everything was taken care of in a flash.But what I like the most is Shelia is always freindly,kind ,listens but most of all is the team of workers they have here make you feel at home.Your one of the family.You can feel safe leaving your items here.And the comoderity between some of your employees is pricless.Kathee and Shelia seem to have good work ethics and just a way of making you feel welcomed.Family like.And those two employees you have seem to have a great friendship.Thank you ladies for making me feel like a party of this big family and just not another renter.And so far everyone that I met who has a rental here seems to be very friendly and kind. A shout out to Janine who works the service desk at my location thank you Never had issues with entering or exiting and staff is always there and it's kept clean
