08-24-2026I had my storage unit here for a little over a year never any complaints, its clean and modern. Recently Ive had excellent customer service here! Justin has helped me with some good deals when I need a few units for short term. Other staff also helped me with an easy transfer of my unit to a different floor. Very helpful and pleased with the service!

08-13-2026Was in the parking lot for about 20 minutes trying to complete my rental online, When this bald tattooed work comes up to my window and says, You gotta to go this is private property Im calling the cops. No introduction, no asking if I needed assistance with anything just straight disregarded customer service. Made me cancel my rental and went down the street to rent my unit.
