08-18-2024Easy to use, move in was great. They helped me with some moving supplies. My rate was increased shortly after moving in and a quick conversation with the onsite staff took care of the problem. Great customer service. I will use them again if I need a storage unit.

08-18-2024Renting a unit at Extra Space Storage was easy and convenient. Did it all online same day. Took my first trip of items within a couple hours and a new lock and keys were already waiting in the unit. Having flat carts on site was helpful too.
