08-26-2024My rental unit was located at a different location, somehow my call was patched to the Sandy location, which I was super glad since it led me to Andrew. I was super impressed with the customer service experience that Andrew provided. He went above and beyond to ensure that all my questions and needs were addressed. Never once did I feel pressured to commit to the storage unit that I had reserved, if anything Andrew took the time to provide tips, what to watch out for and made sure that I got the most out of my rental, which I really appreciate.
