08-24-2025This place is horrible! No management on site. Rented a storage unit and have not been able to access it for 2 days. Nobody knows how to help. Save your time and money! Don't rent here!! Customer service is non-existent!! Horrible experience!!!

Ive rented from Public Storage for 5 yrs and whenever I had any problems it was handled with such understanding and kindness NEVER have I experienced any negative attitudes from any of their staff. In fact, I really like to thank MICHELLE and CHRISTIAN or TRISTEN (sorry if I got your name wrong) they were so helpful and accommodating. The facility itself is very well maintenance, clean and I love how youre able to open the gate with your Public Storage app without getting out your car and manually enter the gate code! Kudos for that!
